What Will Help You Succeed 8+ years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, technology, telecommunications, or business development Strong understanding of the telecommunications industry, including market dynamics, customer growth, network transformation, digital services, or operational efficiency A successful track record of building trusted C-suite relationships and growing complex client accounts Experience shaping transformation opportunities, from identifying value and building business cases to leading delivery and realizing impact Expertise in one or more of the following areas: customer growth, digital transformation, network modernization, cloud, data, AI, operating model transformation, or cost optimization Strong commercial judgement and the ability to originate, shape, and progress opportunities in a collaborative environment A relevant Master's degree or equivalent professional experience An inclusive leadership style, with experience mobilizing diverse teams and developing future talent Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch is strongly preferred, together with the confidence to communicate and present to senior executives Curiosity, energy, and a collaborative mindset.
