Job Overview
Key Responsibilities Develop and drive Service Contract products for new and post-warranty vehicles. Achieve Service Contract sales, penetration, revenue and GCR targets. Manage importer and dealer performance and implement improvement actions. Ensure Warranty and Service Contract compliance with Stellantis standards and KPIs. Coach importers/dealers to strengthen Service Contract products and sales operations. Manage business partner relationships and identify market best practices. Drive cost optimization to improve competitiveness and financial performance. Implement Service Contract campaigns, loyalty programs and bundled offers. Monitor quality, warranty and operational performance trends. Consolidate market performance reports and highlight risks, opportunities and action plans. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Business, Automotive, Engineering or related discipline. Minimum 15 years of automotive Aftersales experience , particularly in parts, service and warranty operations. Experience in NSC, importer or regional Aftersales environments. Strong experience managing dealer/importer networks and Service Contract operations. Experience with new model launches, including ICE and EV vehicles. ASEAN/regional market experience is preferred.
