Product Marketing Manager - CRE Job Description As a Product Marketing Manager within the Commercial business, you will support the growth of Commercial Real Estate (CRE) and other brands within the Commercial portfolio through the development and execution of go-to-market strategies, demand generation initiatives and growth programs. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Sales and Marketing teams to drive customer, audience and commercial outcomes. The role combines two distinct growth responsibilities. On the B2B side, you will develop and deliver product marketing, industry engagement, demand generation and sales enablement initiatives that support customer acquisition, retention and pipeline growth. On the B2C side, you will partner cross functionally to increase audience reach, engagement and conversion across CRE's consumer experiences, helping accelerate marketplace growth and performance.
Responsibilities
Lead and support go-to-market initiatives for Commercial Real Estate and other brands within the Commercial portfolio, including launch planning, campaign execution and performance tracking. Develop and execute demand generation initiatives that support pipeline growth and revenue objectives across commercial customer segments. Partner with Product, Sales and across our Marketing teams to develop compelling positioning, value propositions and messaging for commercial products and services. Lead industry engagement, customer engagement and thought leadership initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and customer relationships. Create sales enablement materials, collateral and customer narratives that support commercial sales teams and drive customer acquisition and product adoption. Grow consumer audiences, improve engagement and increase conversion performance across Commercial Real Estate digital experiences. Leverage customer, consumer, competitor and market insights to inform product positioning, audience growth strategies and go-to-market initiatives. Monitor campaign, audience and commercial performance, identify insights and optimise future activity to improve growth outcomes.
About You
Experience: 4 to 7 years in product marketing, B2B marketing, or related roles Go-to-Market Execution: Experience developing and delivering go-to-market initiatives, campaigns, launches or customer engagement programs. Commercial Mindset: Ability to use data and insights to drive audience, customer and commercial outcomes. Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work cross-functionally. Customer & Market Insight: Experience translating customer and market insights into messaging, positioning and sales enablement. Communication: Strong storytelling and communication skills across written, verbal and presentation formats. Execution Focus: Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Experience in Real Estate, Tech, Media, Advertising or marketplace businesses. Proven track record of supporting challenger brands during periods of growth, transformation or market expansion.
