Description Engagement Delivery Senior Managers (Senior Project Managers) are responsible for overseeing our teams to drive successful customer outcomes with our implementations. They manage and run more complex, enterprise and strategic projects. Our Project Managers actively lead and participate in client management, project execution and control, scoping, contract reviews, knowledge transfer, and budget management.

Serve as the overall leader of the project team. Show excellent leadership by forming the team, ensuring strong communication channels, and giving clarity, motivation and direction to the team throughout the engagement. Be the primary customer interface. Perform project management activities that ensure adherence to Salesforce methodology, project gates and governance. Build and lead project plans. Supervise and review project progress and timelines, adjust schedules and plans as needed, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of projects. Identify and resolve issues to ensure project success. Drive teams through the software engineering experience using Agile and demonstrated analytical and technical skills. Supervise utilization of project resources in alignment with resource allocation and budget, including timely entry and approvals of project timesheets. Lead one or two large projects or programs, or a couple of small to medium-sized interrelated projects that require complex cross-functional teamwork and management at the program level. Anticipate and remove obstacles that slow down or prevent teams from delivering on project goals. Facilitate requirements gathering and assist with crafting project deliverables and Salesforce documentation as needed. Work as an extension of the account team to extend the Salesforce footprint. Participate in end-to-end implementation planning, including project management, risk and issue management, communication and business organizational change. Facilitate User Acceptance Testing with business end users, including coordination and user acceptance sign-off.

7+ years of professional services, consulting, or program/project management experience 3+ years managing complex technology implementations (Salesforce platform experience strongly preferred) Proven experience in project management, including external client projects with a specific focus on software development, CRM and SaaS environments Ability to balance business and technical requirements to produce a project plan, and to collaborate to gather information, such as estimates, as input to the project plan Ability to lead enterprise-wide engagements, facilitate meetings with client executives, mentor teams of senior team members, and proactively manage project risks, weighing business and technical requirements to identify dependencies and produce project plans and estimates Demonstrated project management skills, with direct responsibility for leading project teams of 20+ members and managing budgets and schedules Demonstrated ability to have difficult conversations Proven track record of delivering high-quality results on time and within budget, with
