Please note:  Relocation is  not  offered.  VISA Sponsorship is  not  available.    What You’ll Do: The Plumbing Technician will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing systems in commercial and industrial settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction. Read blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials Diagnose plumbing issues and perform necessary repairs Inspect plumbing systems for safety and functionality Drain cleaning Collaborate with internal skilled trades, Operations, and contractors Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used Education: You have your High School Diploma/GED What Skills You Need: Completion of a plumbing apprenticeship program or vocational training Valid plumbing license (as required by local/state regulations) Proven experience as a plumber Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Physical stamina and dexterity Work may be performed indoors or outdoors in various weather conditions May require lifting heavy materials and working in confined spaces What Makes You Stand Out: Experience with both residential and commercial plumbing Certification in backflow prevention Physical Requirements: Ability to climb ladders and work at heights. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in mechanical rooms, rooftops, and occupied buildings. Ability to distinguish wire colors and use diagnostic instruments. Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies when required.

This position operates in office, laboratory, industrial, and mechanical room environments. Occasional after-hours support may be required for critical facility systems, outages, commissioning activities, and emergency response situations.
