Summary The Dedicated Well-Being Program Manager will partner with a client based in Miami-Dade County, FL to design, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive, data‑driven organizational well-being strategy. This role works closely with the client’s Risk and Benefits Management Team, Dedicated Cigna Health Coaches, Cigna account management team, internal subject matter experts, and external vendor partners to deliver a total population, comprehensive well‑being strategy. This position blends strategic planning, program implementation, and engagement initiatives to educate, empower, and motivate diverse and dispersed employee populations toward healthier lifestyles. This role is expected to be on-site with the client along with travel to various sites around Miami-Dade County, FL.
Key Responsibilities
1. Evidence-Based Well-Being Program Assessment & Strategy Research, evaluate, and recommend evidence-based well-being programs aligned with employee needs and organizational priorities. Use available claims data, utilization data, employee feedback, engagement data, and population health information to identify opportunities and prioritize programs. Monitor emerging well-being trends, industry best practices, and innovative program offerings. Incorporate client-specific requests and workforce needs into the overall well-being program strategy. Continuously evaluate and enhance programs based on outcomes, participation, and employee feedback. 2. Program Development and Implementation Develop and implement targeted programs and campaigns addressing key areas of employee well-being, including: Workplace Culture & Well-Being Create programs that support a healthy, inclusive, and sustainable workplace culture. Encourage initiatives that promote connection, belonging, psychological safety, and healthy workplace behaviors. Well-Being Engagement & Behavior Change Develop campaigns that encourage employees to participate in well-being programs and adopt sustainable healthy behaviors. Incorporate programs to promote long-term behavior change such as Mental Health, Brain Health, Burnout Prevention, Social Determinants of Health, Weight Management, Chronic Condition Management, Nutrition, Food is Medicine Program, and other health trends. 3. Communication & Engagement Develop targeted communication strategies to promote well-being programs that reflect the client's organizational culture and the diverse characteristics of its workforce. Create clear, concise, visually engaging communications that are easy to understand and designed to capture employees' attention and generate interest in available well-being offerings. Utilize multiple communication channels and delivery platforms to maximize reach and accessibility, including email, digital platforms, intranet, onsite communications, webinars, social channels, print materials, and other client-specific platforms. Develop communication campaigns that encourage employees to take action , participate in programs, and make use of available resources. Monitor communication effectiveness through engagement metrics, participation rates, and employee feedback, and adjust strategies as needed to improve reach and impact. 4. Strategic Partner & Vendor Management Research and identify external partners, vendors, healthcare organizations, subject matter experts, and service providers that can support identified employee well-being needs. Evaluate potential partners based on evidence base, quality, experience, accessibility, cost, scalability, and ability to meet client requirements. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with well-being partners. Monitor partner performance and program outcomes. 5. Measurement Program Evaluation Develop short-term and long-term well-being goals and benchmarks. Establish metrics for program participation, engagement, employee experience, behavior change, health outcomes, and organizational impact. Analyze results and identify trends, opportunities, and
