Northrop Grumman is seeking Associate Systems Engineers . This position will be located at our Defense Systems Sector in Roy, UT. The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman’s Strategic Deterrent Systems Division (SDSD).

Basic Qualifications

A candidate must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must: Be completing or has completed their degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD) from an accredited institution. Be majoring in or having majored in Aerospace Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Industrial and Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Systems Engineering Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite).

Preferred Qualifications

Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.70/4.0 or higher Current active Secret Security Clearance or higher Responsibilities may include:  Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail ed trade studies, requirements allocation and interface
