The competencies offered include analytics, digital, user experience, mobile technology, infrastructure, Microsoft technologies and open innovation.   The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead Resource Management, Workforce Planning, and Talent Deployment across a strategic portfolio of managed services engagements. This leadership role will be responsible for driving workforce optimization, demand fulfillment, resource deployment, utilization management, hiring strategy, and capability development to support business growth and delivery excellence. The successful candidate will work closely with Delivery Leaders, Account Leaders, Talent Teams, Experience Management, and Business Executives to align workforce supply with business demand, strengthen talent readiness, and ensure optimal utilization of resources across engagements. The role will provide strategic workforce insights, manage staffing risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workforce effectiveness and operational performance. This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of workforce strategy, operational leadership, stakeholder management, resource planning expertise, and data-driven decision-making, with a strong focus on enabling sustainable business growth through effective talent deployment and workforce optimization.   Your Key Responsibilities Workforce Planning & Demand Management

Develop and execute short-term and long-term workforce plans aligned with business growth objectives. Partner with delivery and competency leaders to forecast resource demand, skill requirements, and capacity needs. Drive proactive talent planning to ensure the right skills are available at the right time. Monitor workforce trends and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
