Purpose The Services and Solutions Manager will deploy the Medical Technology value offering to drive profitable market share with strategic customers. The individual will be tasked with leading or participating in tailoring and implementation of our value offering, namely Clinical Transformation, Theatre Efficiency & Patient Pathway programmes. The incumbent will have strong expertise and practical experience in most of the skills you'll use every day required to deliver these programmes. Key areas of responsibility: To lead value deployments in associated accounts Be the designated Governance lead to manage relationships with key NHS trusts and private sector organisations under the banner of Services and Solutions and drive programmes to deliver specific clinical and non-clinical outcomes Programme and / or workstream lead to act as the “orchestra conductor” within an NHS hospital to ensure resources, contractual commitments and governance is optimised for both the customer and J&J Partner with commercial colleagues to deliver the Services and Solutions Strategy for UK/Ire Accountability for reporting progress against key performance indicators aligned to annual objectives Accountable for supporting strategic growth through the deployment of value programmes Mentoring and supporting Services and Solutions Consultants Key compliance requirements: Act as a role model for J&J Credo values at all times.
