About this role
Responsible for the sales operations of the organization. Implements sales strategies, monitors customer, competitor and industry activity. Responsible for driving revenue growth, building long-term relationship with partners, and sales administration. Role and Responsibilities The position will be responsible for the execution of sales strategies for Hong Kong and Macau marketplace , which includes joint business plans and monthly revenue targets. Drives win-win and achieve targets with retail partners with strategic sales planning, account management skills, relationship building skills, and product/category and marketplace expertise as foundations. Provide realistic and accurate scenario planning, forecasting, seasonal initiatives and business analysis. Ensures market and customer capacities are met. Drive the team’s efforts in the development of overall sales plans while working with internal functions to drive greater impact together in the marketplace, with a strong and innovative winning/ growth mindset. Find new sales opportunities through research, market study.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree holder with minimum of 5 years relevant experience; previous experience in account servicing in athletic products and / or consumer products will be an advantage. Strong track record in the account relationship building, and leading account sales team will be required. Possesses excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (verbal and written). Able to influence both cross functionally and vertically within the industry and marketplace and negotiate highly complex retail agreements. Good people acumen and interpersonal skills; demonstrated collaborative orientation in team environment and a very high level of personal efficiency. Ability to deal with ambiguity; effectively interface and develop internal partnerships.
