( YouTube , Instagram , TikTok ) Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities of the Job: (Please list and describe the most important duties of the role): Lead the monthly core buy collaboration process for all product categories, consolidating regional demand into a single global buy recommendation Summarize global and regional buys, providing leadership with visibility into key changes, decisions, delivery outlook, and supply risks Partner with factories to align production capacity, delivery timing, and order prioritization with regional demand and need by dates Monitor supplier plan adherence and proactively address capacity constraints and delivery risks Identify opportunities to improve planning processes, supplier performance, and ways of working Partner directly with vendors throughout the implementation of a new collaboration tool to drive successful adoption across the vendor base Support speed-to-market models by aligning demand, capacity, and delivery plans with accelerated business timelines Lead, develop, and manage Senior Supply Planning Analysts Qualifications & Experience Experience 7+ year of experience in apparel supply planning, production, or sourcing Prior experience working with regional partners Prior experience with supervising and developing direct reports Education (Please choose):  Bachelor’s degree required Please list any licenses or certifications required to perform this job: N/A Knowledge/Skills Required (Please indicate if there is specific knowledge required to do this job, for example: computer technology, platform or language; specific area of expertise or licensing/certification, problem solving, analytical skills, effectively working with all levels, etc.): Working knowledge of Nexus, Blue Yonder, and PLM Ability to manage & meet deadlines Strong analytical & problem-solving skills Microsoft Office Suite proficiency High integrity & business ethics Ability to maintain poise and a positive attitude in a challenging, fast-paced rapidly changing environment Self-motivated and Team Player Does this job require skills that are currently difficult to find in the market, or that are critical to current initiatives at PVH? ☐ Yes ☒ No If yes, please indicate the skills: Click or tap here to enter text.
