Job Function: Supply Chain Planning Job Sub Function: End-to-End Planning Job Category: People Leader All Job Posting Locations: Irvine, California, United States of America Job Description: The Senior Director, Global Demand & Americas End‑to‑End Supply Chain Lead is responsible for defining and executing the Americas regional E2E supply chain strategy for the Electrophysiology (EP) and Neurovascular (NV) businesses. This role enables sustainable growth, superior customer experience, and optimized financial performance through strong regional execution of global supply chain strategies. The role provides end‑to‑end ownership for regional service, IBP/S&OP, planning, value stream management, and in‑market execution, while serving as the primary supply chain partner to US, LATAM, and Canada Commercial leadership. The leader orchestrates seamless cross‑functional integration across Planning, Customer Service, Digital & Technology, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory, and Finance. This leader is also responsible for the alignment of the Global Demand and Planning strategy with the Global Supply Chain strategy. The main responsibilities are to own Global Demand consolidation, lead and improve Demand Planning and IBP processes by reducing forecast error and optimizing inventory utilization across EP.
Key Responsibilities
E2E Supply Chain Strategy & Performance – Develop and deploy an Americas E2E supply chain vision and strategy aligned with global EP/NV priorities; ensure service excellence, cost competitiveness, inventory optimization, and cash flow performance. Integrated Business Planning (IBP) & S&OP Leadership – Own and continuously mature the Americas IBP and S&OE processes through executive engagement, high quality forecasting, scenario planning, and aligned decision making. Lead Global Demand Planning process. Commercial Value Creation & Deal Enablement – Partner with Americas EP/NV Commercial leadership to support growth through reliable supply, launch readiness, deal enablement, portfolio management (PMR/LCM), and demand agility. Customer‑Facing Service Ownership – Own regional service performance outcomes and customer experience; lead rapid response and issue resolution in alignment with global teams. Cross‑Functional & Operational Integration – Orchestrate seamless collaboration across Planning, Customer Service, D&T, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory, and Finance to translate strategy into market and country‑level execution. People Leadership & Talent Development - Lead and develop a high‑performing planning, value stream, and in‑market supply chain organization; build leadership capability and succession pipelines. Ensure robust succession planning process and build strong talent pipelines, with focus on development plans to accelerate talent capabilities.
