Morgan Wealth Management (USWM) business is focused on helping investors achieve their long-term financial goals and is comprised of the Chase wealth management business, J.P. Morgan Advisors, Personal Advisors and Self-Directed - our digital investing platform. The combined business has ~$600 billion in Assets Under Management and ~5,000 advisors located across 3,500 branches and 20 offices. As a member of the J.P. Morgan Securities Funds Transfer Review Team, you will perform outbound calls to authenticate and confirm client funds transfer instructions while providing high-touch support to J.P. Morgan Securities branch personnel. You will manage time-sensitive requests, respond to inquiries via phone and email, and partner closely with Financial Advisors and Client Associates to ensure requests are completed accurately and in accordance with firm policies and applicable regulations. Job responsibilities • Monitor the money transfer queue and place outbound calls to clients to verify and confirm transfer instructions • Manage daily email and phone inquiries accurately, within established deadlines, and in line with firm policies and procedures • Adhere to applicable FINRA and other federal regulatory requirements when processing and documenting confirmations • Deliver high-quality, high-touch service to JPMS Financial Advisors and Client Associates • Coordinate and follow through on Financial Advisor/Client Associate requests to completion • Research, follow up on, and resolve inquiries by partnering with advisors, client associates, product partners, branch/operations teams, and other staff • Support additional administrative controls and confirmations, including recurring payments, callback waivers, delegation memos, and related documentation Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong client service mindset with the ability to build trust through professional phone interactions • Proven ability to multi-task, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced, service-oriented setting • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environment • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort learning proprietary tools and databases Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills • College degree or equivalent financial services/banking industry experience • Prior client service experience in a financial services environment • Familiarity with a wide range of investment products • Experience supporting advisors/branch personnel in an operations or service function
