Role
Definition: Plans, designs, supervises, and supports civil works and facility services for new and existing company sites, ensuring buildings, grounds, utilities, and common areas remain safe, reliable, functional, cost-effective, and compliant with applicable regulations and company standards.
Responsibilities
Plans and overseas civil work, building maintenance, grounds, drainage, roads, parking areas, and general facility services. Develops drawings, scopes of work, cost estimates, specifications, schedules, and technical documentation. Leads construction, renovation, repair, inspection, commissioning, and handover of facility projects. Assesses structural, architectural, and infrastructure issues, performs root cause analysis, and coordinates corrective actions. Ensure compliance with construction codes, permits, environmental requirements, safety procedures, and company standards. Coordinates internal stakeholders, service providers, suppliers, and contractors throughout project and maintenance execution. Manages civil and general services projects and identifies opportunities to improve facility condition, service quality, sustainability, and cost. Degree Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Advanced English.

Maintains controlled records and monitors service levels, recurring failures, response times, costs, and improvement opportunities.
