Master Mechanic-Electrician 1

Title: Master Mechanic/Electrician 1 Pay Rate: $36.79/hr. plus differential Category/Shift: Hourly Full-Time- 7pm-7am shift (12-hour rotating shifts on a 2-3-2 schedule (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on; 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off), including every other weekend. Physical Location: Eaton Container 900 State Route 35 West Eaton, OH 43050 The Job You Will Perform: Troubleshoot programmable controllers and A/C and D/C drives. Make necessary repairs to drives and their control system use. Maximum the utilization of equipment by maintaining the machinery to run at available capacity and speed. Follow-up all work orders to ensure repairs and work are preformed properly and entered into the maintenance software program. Plan and schedule maintenance work. Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and maintaining good housekeeping. The Skills You Will Bring: Minimum of 3 years maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred. Experience in a corrugated facility is strongly preferred. Must demonstrate proficiency in PLC troubleshooting, motor controls & drives, mechanical power transmissions, welding & metal fabrication, pneumatic & hydraulic troubleshooting & repair, lift truck safety and PC literacy. Must successfully complete a maintenance test, drug screen, and background /employment verification.
