We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Management Manager to oversee the construction of a state-of-the-art baseball stadium. he ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, field operations, and large-scale sports facility projects. Job Duties: Accountable for the development, coordination, and execution of the planning, design and/or construction management activities and personnel under individual's direction on a day-to-day basis. Lead a dynamic team, ensure project success, and contribute to the creation of a landmark facility. Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Serve as the primary on-site liaison between project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and the client. Address and resolve any issues that arise during construction, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline.

Minimum Requirements: BA/BS in Engineering or Construction Management and 8 years of relevant construction experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in construction management software and tools. OSHA 30, or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.
