What You Will Do
Lead and develop production teams to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets in accordance with medical device regulations and company standards. Plan workforce availability and resource allocation to ensure production schedules are executed efficiently and on time. Recruit, onboard, and develop team members while establishing competency frameworks and career development pathways. Monitor and report key production performance indicators through routine team meetings and visual management systems. Oversee production operations, documentation control, measuring equipment management, and compliance with established procedures. Ensure effective in-process inspections and final product acceptance activities to maintain product quality standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, cost, and operational efficiency using Lean manufacturing principles. Develop departmental budgets and operational strategies while leading process optimization and long-term production growth initiatives.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Technical Studies, Manufacturing, Production Management, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in production management within a manufacturing environment. Working proficiency in Polish and English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing methodologies, including TPM, 5S, Kaizen, or similar continuous improvement systems.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting CNC machining processes, including milling, grinding, or Swiss-type turning operations. Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment such as medical devices, aerospace, or automotive industries. Working proficiency in German and/or French.
Additional Information
Manufacturing leadership role supporting production of stainless steel and titanium implants, surgical instruments, and related products. Production processes may include CNC machining, surface finishing (electropolishing, anodization, tumbling, cleaning, passivation, sandblasting, mechanical polishing, bending, laser marking, and engraving), and clean/sterile packaging operations. Regular presence in the manufacturing environment is required to support team leadership, operational oversight, and continuous improvement activities. Occasional participation in cross-functional meetings, audits, training sessions, and operational projects may be required.
