In this vital role you will: Develop an in-depth understanding of the markets, current competitive environment, and key revenue and cost drivers of the oncology and biosimilar brands that this role will support. Support the monthly close, sales & expense forecasting, annual and long-range planning activities. Perform financial modeling, preparation and presentation of results and ideas to senior management and performing regular account analysis to anticipate and resolve issues. Develop and use complex business and financial models to make decisions. Communicate clear financial results, including variances to forecast and implications of the changing pricing and reimbursement environment. Formulate and clearly deliver complex information, issues and recommendations in both written and oral presentations to Senior Management. Present financial analysis and forecast recommendations to OBU Marketing Leadership. Build effective relationships with the cross functional brand team leadership, and analyze and clearly communicate financial results to business partners and peers. Interact with numerous additional functions including Pricing / Contracting, BAI, Forecasting, Sales Operations, US commercial finance team, Corporate FP&A, and Investor Relations. Provide leadership and key support on multiple projects. Directly support & interface with OBU, LVL & Global Commercial Finance leadership, as well as several Oncology Brand & Sales Teams. The finance professional we seek is a brand leader with these qualifications Basic Qualifications: Doctorate degree and 2 years of Finance Experience OR Master’s degree and 4 years of Finance Experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of Finance Experience OR Associate’s degree and 10 years of Finance Experience OR High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Finance Experience Preferred Qualifications: CPA/MBA preferred. Financial Planning & Analysis experience in revenue forecasting. Tenured years biotech/pharmaceutical experience with exposure to sales and marketing function. Excellent analytical and math skills, proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Hyperion. Understanding of corporate finance concepts, and provocative and critical thinking. Strong eye for business and confidence dealing with and influencing different levels of management within an organization. Ability to take the initiative and work under a minimum of direction.
