This leadership role is located onsite in Melbourne, FL . Position
Responsibilities: Oversight of labor planning, forecasting, staffing and resource planning Responsible for ensuring process consistency across all Business Areas Cost account management and EAC analysis using Earned Value Management Risk/issues/ops management including identification, mitigation planning and execution Change management & labor estimating Supplier Management Team Integration Material forecasting and financial integration across the enterprise Briefing Program Leadership on the status and issues affecting Program cost and schedule performance. Cross functional coordination with all functions within GSC Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree with 7 years of experience in supply chain management, program management, project management, business management, proposals or procurement, OR a Master’s Degree with 5 years of experience in supply chain management, program management, project management, business management, proposals or procurement, OR High School Diploma/Equivalent with 11 years of experience in supply chain management, program management, project management, business management, proposals or procurement, Must have a minimum of 5 years experience leading a team, process, and/or projects Aerospace & Defense (A&D) experience Cost Account Management (CAM) or Earned Value Management (EVM) experience At minimum, an active U.S. Government Secret level clearance is required to apply and to start the role, with the ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the Company to meet its business needs Preferred Qualifications: Strong communications skills with the ability to lead, influence, and collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders Demonstrated experience developing and growing teams and shaping a performing culture Demonstrated success in managing
