Job Title Talent Acquisition Consultant Job Description Talent Acquisition Consultant Join our global Talent Acquisition team supporting Personal Health, Innovation & Design, and IT. You will drive end-to-end recruitment activities, act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, and ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and stakeholders. You will manage a diverse portfolio of hiring needs, ranging from commercial and business-facing roles to niche R&D and technology positions. Working across multiple functions requires strong stakeholder management, adaptability, curiosity, and the ability to quickly understand different talent markets while delivering high-quality, compliant hiring outcomes.
Your role
Lead end‑to‑end recruitment activities, delivering a clear, timely, and professional experience for candidates and hiring managers across multiple functions. Partner with Hiring Managers and HR to translate business needs into structured recruitment plans covering requirements, timelines, and quality expectations, using data to guide decisions. Build and maintain qualified talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, market insights, and effective talent acquisition strategies across commercial and niche R&D roles. Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, align interview teams, prepare candidate shortlists, and support efficient, compliant hiring decisions. Guide the offer process in line with compensation guidelines, manage candidate expectations, and support onboarding while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. You're the right fit if: You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or equivalent. You’ve acquired a minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, Talent Onboarding, or a related field; experience recruiting in FMCG or complex environments is a strong advantage. Your skills include stakeholder management, end‑to‑end recruitment delivery, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and data‑driven recruitment planning. Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in TN is $93,000 to $148,000. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as a n annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
