The Role As a Civil Engineer or Senior Civil Engineer with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc. We are Hiring Civil Engineers across multiple levels to support projects in the Onshore upstream and downstream (Oil and Gas, Petrochemical) experience is required. These roles are based in Baroda , with opportunities aligned to experience, technical capability and project requirements. This recruitment is part of an invite‑only hiring drive scheduled for Saturday, 26 Sep 2026, at our Baroda office. Interviews will be conducted only for pre‑screened candidates who receive a formal invitation from our Talent Acquisition team. Roles will be offered at Engineer / Senior Engineer , depending on experience and skills. Compensation and grades will be aligned accordingly. Opportunities may be offered as permanent or fixed‑term contract positions. The Role of Engineer / Senior Engineer : 8-12 Years experience. Responsibilities: A) Lead Engineer :- 12-15 Years experience . Should have Good experience of leading Domestic & International Projects in the domain of Combined Cycle and Coal based Power Plant, Oil & Gas/ Chemical/ Petrochemicals projects Hands on experience of working on software like STAAD.Pro, MAT3D, RAM Connection etc. Performed RCC / Steel Design and analysis of Foundations and Structures of Boiler and Turbine area, Balance of Plant area, Non Plant Buildings, Switchyard and Substations, Coal and Ash Handling facilities (Optional), Piperack, Tech Structure, Substation/Control Room Building, Compressor shelters , Warehouse Sheds, Equipment Foundations like ( Tanks, Heat Exchangers , Horizontal/Vertical Vessels, Pumps), STG/GTG foundation, Transformer Foundation, Cooling Tower etc. Worked on project using American Codes , Indian codes, Canadian Codes etc. Have good communication skills in English( Written & Verbal ). Edu. Qualification : M.E ( Structural Engg) / B.E Civil Engineering B) Engineer : 4 - 6 Years experience. Should Have Good experience of working on Domestic & International Projects in the domain of Combined Cycle and Coal based Power Plant, Oil & Gas/ Chemical/ Petrochemicals projects.
