What You Will Do at Graco Participate in process investigations by comparing documented Quality Management System (QMS) processes with current practices across multiple facilities Support improvement efforts using structured problem-solving tools. Assist in process mapping, documentation, and standardization of key quality processes. Contribute to the development and testing of new quality engineering tools to enhance efficiency and consistency Gather and analyze data to support root cause investigations and corrective actions Work with team members to identify opportunities for process alignment and efficiency gains Adapt to shifting priorities and provide timely support to the Quality team What You Will Bring to Graco Currently enrolled and pursing a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Quality or Manufacturing Engineering or comparable Engineering program. Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting Interest in process improvement and quality systems Accelerators Experience with process mapping or workflow documentation tools Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001 or similar) Exposure to structured problem-solving methodologies (DMAIC, PDAC, etc.) Prior experience in a manufacturing or quality-focused role Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
