Your Impact
As a Renewals Manager supporting the US Public Sector (USPS) segment, you will play a critical role in driving on-time software and services renewals while contributing to Cisco’s broader LAER (Land, Adopt, Expand, Renew) strategy. You will lead medium-complexity renewals across multiple Cisco technologies, identify growth opportunities, and help customers realize the full value of their Cisco investments. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally, influence strategic account planning, and contribute directly to Cisco’s recurring revenue growth objectives.
Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional renewals of medium complexity across multiple Cisco technologies and service offerings. Drive timely software and services renewals while identifying upsell and premium service opportunities. Partner with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless contract management and renewal readiness. Maintain accurate documentation of renewal activities, opportunities, and customer engagement within Salesforce (SFDC) and Webex collaboration spaces. Apply install base data, adoption insights, and purchasing trends to support customer retention and recurring revenue growth initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of related experience, Master’s degree with 3 years of related experience, or equivalent relevant work experience. 3+ years of experience in renewals, customer success, sales operations, account management, or recurring revenue management. Experience leading software or services renewals within a technology or SaaS-based environment. Working knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce (SFDC) and contract management processes. Ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects and customer engagements simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights. Experience working within enterprise technology, networking, or software subscription environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across internal and external teams. Knowledge of Cisco products, services, or recurring revenue business models.
