Job Description
We have an exc iting opportunity for a Junior Key Account Manager to join our Danish office in central Copenhagen and help drive growth in the Danish retail market at Kraft Heinz. You will be part of a high-performing commercial team and report to the Sales Lead Denmark. In this role, you will become an important link across sales activities, connecting processes, data, and stakeholders across Retail Denmark and the wider Nordic organisation. Your responsibilities will span sales coordination, customer follow-up, analysis, commercial administration, practical execution , and ownership of selected smaller accounts . Your responsibilities : Coordinate and execute sales campaigns, promotion plans, trade presentations, and field sales materials in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Manage assortment processes, including GS1 updates, customer item numbers, product samples, pricing inputs, and coordination with Marketing, Category, Supply Chain, Finance, and Field Sales. Support Key Account Managers in day-to-day customer follow-up, trade fairs, customer tasks, forecasting, pricing, and cross-functional commercial execution. Prepare and maintain sales analyses, statistics, price simulations, cost price overviews, and performance follow-ups to support business decisions. Take ownership of selected smaller retailer accounts, including operational follow-up, P&L responsibility, and smaller account negotiations. Drive process improvements and contribute to team projects, including identifying opportunities to simplify ways of working and apply AI where relevant. Your Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business , Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is considered a plus. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Sales, Junior Key Account Management, KAM Assistant, Sales Coordination, or a similar commercial role. Experience from Grocery, FMCG, or Retail is an advantage. Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with sales data, follow up on performance, and translate insights into practical actions. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential. Fluent Danish and excellent English communication skills. Structured, detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive, with the confidence to coordinate across functions and handle multiple priorities.
