FAB Lead Paint Line Loader - 2nd Shift

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a FAB Lead Paint Line Loader - 2nd Shift. This position is based at our Arden, NC location.  The hourly rate for this position is $21.00 per hour. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.  What you’ll do: 
  The Lead Paint Line Loaders primary function is to lead the operation of the paint line by performing operator maintenance tasks and collaborating with paint line personnel to achieve daily goals.   In this position you will: •    Perform initial set-up for machine operation •    Operate equipment/machinery to produce painted parts •    Maintain inventory of supplies necessary to perform daily operations of paint line •    Perform quality checks to ensure quality standards are met •    Perform necessary operator maintenance on fabrication equipment •    Provide on-the-job training as needed •    Perform TPM and 5S+ responsibilities daily •    Flex to perform other responsibilities when needed When we embrace the different ideas, perspectives and backgrounds that make each of us unique, we — as individuals and as a company — are stronger. Qualifications: 
 Required (Basic) Qualifications: •    Basic Computer skills – Microsoft Office, Internet, machine-specific programs, etc. •    Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
