You'll make an impact by You support the preparation and analysis of business models and financial statements, compiling historical financial data and business plans for potential investors Building on this, you assist in reviewing and ensuring the consistency and accuracy of business plans and transaction materials, such as Information Memoranda and Due Diligence documents Additionally, you contribute to the creation of financial analyses and presentations throughout the transaction process, from initial assessments to deal closing In close collaboration with the project team, you help organize and coordinate financial workstreams, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of all required materials This is how you'll win us over Education : You are currently enrolled in at least your fourth semester of a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in accounting, business, finance, or a related field with an excellent academic record Experience and Skills : Ideally, you have gained practical experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, private equity, Big 4/Transaction Services, or finance-related functions You have strong knowledge of corporate finance, valuation, financial modelling, and IFRS Accounting You possess excellent MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) skills; experience with Power BI, Alteryx, AI, Power Query, or other data mining tools is a plus Ways of Working : You are well organized, work effectively in teams, and complete your own work packages independently Languages : You are fluent in English, German is a plus You are much more than your qualifications, and we believe in the potential of every single candidate.
