We are looking for someone who can support us with L2/L3.  Has been involved in problem management and enhancements of XStore. Sound knowledge of various POS Systems - Well versed with Micros xStore POS functionalities, frameworks, development and customization - Knowledge of Micros XStore POS, its related components, integration with Commerce, Merchandising system and various payment gateways - Should be able to lead discussion with the customer, gather requirements and propose solution - Involved in at least 2 end-to-end implementations and L2/L3 support, enhancement and customization of Xstore to meet business requirements. - Ready to be part of application support team - Flexible with working hours - Good communication and presentation skills - 8+ Yrs of Experience Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
