Job Description: This job is responsible for maximizing the value for one or more products. Key responsibilities include working with stakeholders to understand their needs, and with product owners or specialists to ensure they are aligning on priorities. Job expectations include ensuring delivery of products that meet client expectations, including features, security, availability, resiliency, timelines and costs. Product Managers are experts of the products, business or technology domain, and the industry in which the product competes Define the vision and roadmap for the product(s) based on customer requirements, industry trends, regulations, and the strategic direction for the business or technology domain. Define and drive product selection, RFx, etc. Ensure alignment across product roadmaps to achieve portfolio objectives Define and prioritize features/epics in the program backlog Articulate roadmaps and features to both stakeholders and AE teams Represent product(s) within NS and to external consumers and stakeholders, e.g., GIS, Finance, Audit/Risk, LoBs Oversee the budget(s) for their product(s). Support and collaborate with the Senior Technology Executives, Finance and Economic teams on financials throughout delivery Continuously oversee product inventory, performance, risk and usage metrics, CAPM, error rates, etc. to monitor product health and make product lifecycle recommendations and decisions Accountable for all aspects of the lifecycle, risk and vulnerability of the products Responsibilities: Generates the vision and roadmap for the program based on customer requirements, industry trends, regulations, and the strategic direction for the business or technology domain Communicates the program vision and roadmap to stakeholders, product owners and the teams Oversees the budget(s) for one or more products by working closely with finance partners on both personnel and non-personnel expenses Provides input into defining business capabilities and aligning them to products or creating new products to support them Ensures product availability by partnering closely with demand and capacity teammates Develops business cases for new products and additional features for existing products Partners with the product owners and the teams to ensure that optimum value is obtained through technology and subject-matter expertise and understanding of the business and industry trends Own the product vision and roadmap: Define and maintain the multi-year strategy and quarterly execution roadmap for Business Partner Connectivity, balancing business demand, financial market requirements, regulatory obligations, technology modernization, resiliency, risk reduction, and operational health. Serve as the business and technical product authority: Act as the accountable voice of the B2B Connectivity product across Network Services and with line-of-business stakeholders, including Markets and other high-dependency business areas that rely on secure, reliable partner connectivity.
