Position Overview: The Safety Associate reports to the Regional Safety manager. Responsibilities are focused on maintaining a safe workplace, facilitate training, and OSHA Compliance. The Safety Associate will be hands-on and interact with our field personnel and management team daily. Benefits

Certified OSHA Outreach Trainer for the Construction Industry (preferred) Strong technical writing ability Strong supporter of collaboration to gather the best solutions Ability to address and train groups of up to 30 participants. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Apps and internet navigation Ability to adapt to a changing work environment Ability to act independently with minimal daily direction Ability to work closely with all levels of Miller Electric Company High energy and self-motivated.
