Service Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact transformation initiatives across the Global Services organization. This role will manage strategic projects to expand service capabilities, improve service delivery, enable new service offerings, and advance digital and operational transformation across the customer lifecycle. This role requires someone who can navigate ambiguity, influence without direct authority, establish clarity and accountability, and drive initiatives from definition and planning through execution, adoption, and transition to business-as-usual operations.
