ConocoPhillips in Midland, Texas is seeking qualified candidates for a part-time position in the Wellness Services department. This position assists with the Wellness Center Front Desk customer assistance, membership tracking, and providing supervision of Cardio and Strength areas of the facility and helps instruct group exercise classes.

Overview Your responsibilities may include: New member facility orientations – Facility walk-through providing hands on safety emergency information and demonstration of how to utilize various aspects of the facility (badge-in, entry/exit, lockers, equipment, towels, virtual class schedule, facility guidelines) Facility operations, including opening and closing procedures, work order requests, safety evacuation procedures and equipment maintenance logs Attending monthly staff meetings and staying informed of upcoming programs/events Facility equipment and towel inventory/safety inspection Assist participants with exercise equipment instruction Assisting staff with wellness programs Providing supervision in cardio and strength areas of the facility Wellness Center Front Desk customer assistance Membership tracking utilizing the Club Sentry software package Group Fitness Class Instruction Facility coverage and orientations Success Profile: Takes Accountability: Takes ownership of actions and follows through on dedications by holding others accountable Drives Performance: Delivers results through realistic planning to accomplish goals Makes Decisions: Generates effective solutions based on available information and makes timely decisions that are safe and ethical Communicates Effectively: Listens actively and invites dialogue for exchanged views, then influences and acts to drive performance and achieve results Basic Requirements: Legally authorized to work in the United States 1 or more years of experience with customer service Intermediate level of proficiency in MS O365 applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint and Teams Willing and able (with or without reasonable accommodations) to work a flexible work schedule between 5:00am-7:00pm Monday through Friday and some weekends as needed for special events Preferred Requirements: 1 or more years of experience in a fitness related field ​Current CPR, First Aid and AED certification Nationally recognized group exercise certification (ACE, AFAA, NASM, ACSM, NETA, etc.) Apply By:   Aug 19, 2026 Sponsorship: ConocoPhillips’ sponsorship for employment authorization in the U.S. is NOT available for this position.
