WHAT YOU'LL DO
• The Talent Acquisition Analyst will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end contractor lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on data accuracy, compliance, access governance, and spend visibility. This role will ensure contractors are onboarded efficiently, background checks are completed in accordance with policy, and system access is aligned with business needs and information security standards.
• Managing contractor onboarding from offer acceptance through system access activation, ensuring all required documentation and approvals are completed accurately and on time. Tracking and validating completion of background checks prior to start date, while maintaining clear documentation to support audit and compliance requirements.
• Partnering closely with Information Security and IT teams to ensure contractors are granted appropriate, role-based access and do not have access to sensitive systems or data unless explicitly required. Supporting periodic access reviews and ensuring timely updates when contractor scope, assignment, or business needs change.
• Determining contractor types and establishing clear guidelines for the appropriate process, documentation, approvals, onboarding steps, access requirements, and governance standards for each contractor category.
• Maintaining accurate contractor records within HR systems, including key lifecycle data, compensation details, contractor spend, and relevant assignment information.
• Tracking compensation and contractor spend, managing currency conversions where relevant, and providing reporting and analysis to HR, TA, and Finance leadership.
• Monitoring cost trends and identifying opportunities to improve contractor governance, spend visibility, and workforce planning.
• Proactively identifying opportunities to automate manual processes, build dashboards, and implement AI-forward solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and data integrity.
• Working with data tools, workflow automation platforms, and analytics systems to modernize contractor tracking, reporting, and lifecycle management.
WHAT’S REQUIRED
• 1-3 years experience in Human Resource/Talent Acquisition, contractor lifecycle management, workforce analytics, or a related function.
• This role requires a candidate with a strong Human Resource/Talent Acquisition foundation and analytical capability. An engineering background is preferred, particularly for someone who can leverage automation and AI tools to streamline workflows, improve reporting, and enhance data integrity.
• Experience with automation, data modeling, AI-enabled tools, workflow optimization, or reporting platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail.
• Comfort working with HR systems, analytics tools, dashboards, and large data sets.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across TA, HR, Finance, IT, and Information Security.
