We are looking for a motivated, execution-focused Associate Technical Recruiter to help support hiring across some of the company’s most critical software engineering organizations. This person will partner closely with senior recruiters and sourcers to help build, manage, and move pipelines for highly specialized technical roles across areas such as Autonomy, Robotics, Embedded Software, Perception, Planning, Controls, Infrastructure, and related engineering domains. This role is designed for someone who has built a strong foundation in recruiting and wants to deepen their technical recruiting experience. You’ll work alongside experienced recruiters, support complex searches, engage with candidates, and help keep hiring processes moving quickly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, curious, responsive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with a high level of urgency.
