About this role
PagerDuty (NYSE:PD) is a leader in Digital Operations Management. In an always-on world, organizations of all sizes trust PagerDuty to help them deliver a perfect digital experience to their customers, every time. Teams use PagerDuty to identify issues and opportunities in real time and bring together the right people to fix problems faster and prevent them in the future. Over 13,000 organizations (including 60 of Fortune 100) rely on PagerDuty to succeed with Digital Transformation, Cloud Migration, and DevOps Modernization. Notable customers include GE, Cisco, Genentech, Electronic Arts, Cox Automotive, Netflix, Shopify, Zoom, DoorDash, Lululemon and more. We are expanding rapidly as a platform for Digital Operations Management using AI/ML and Automation and growing our adoption by Development, IT, Customer Service, Security, and other teams across the organization.
Our vision at PagerDuty is an equitable world where we transform critical work so all teams can delight their customers and build trust. We’re seeking to deliver on that through the PagerDuty Operations Cloud, our platform for automating and accelerating critical work in the modern enterprise. This is an ambitious mission and message that builds off of the user love that PagerDuty has for its core products—but also requires a fundamental shift in the conversation around our brand and offerings.
That’s where you come in. As part of the Corporate Marketing and Brand team, we need help sharing this vision of operational transformation to existing and new audiences—and we’ll do that through the power of story. We’re looking for a talented writer and savvy marketer to create, edit, and amplify compelling content about the mandate and opportunity to modernize enterprise operations—and why PagerDuty is the indispensable business partner to help make it happen.
You know this is the role for you because you have a keen eye for detail, think in stories, and have a passion for the Oxford comma that certain friends find slightly annoying.
This role is expected to come into our San Francisco office 2 times per week, so you can thrive in your new role and fully embrace being a Dutonian!
