Standard Job Description 
 Role Overview Support the successful execution of production operations projects by driving new product integration, production planning, scheduling, budgeting, and operational readiness. This role helps ensure production programs scale efficiently, stay on schedule, and meet business objectives.

Lead and support new product integration (NPI) activities from development through production Plan and execute projects including budget management, tracking, and reporting Develop and maintain the production Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) Align production schedules with program goals and operational priorities Support capacity planning and production scaling efforts Contribute to production and operations strategic planning initiatives Identify, assess, and help mitigate program and operational risks Support project proposals, cost estimates, budgets, and Basis of Estimates (BOEs) Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to support project execution Provide occasional weekend or off-hour support to maintain production schedule commitments Travel as needed, up to 25%   Work Environment Fast-paced manufacturing and production-focused environment Frequent collaboration with engineering, operations, production, program management, and business teams Combination of planning, project execution, and operational support activities Occasional schedule flexibility required to support production needs Basic Qualifications 
 To be considered, candidates must meet all requirements listed: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience in a manufacturing, production, operations, or logistics environment Experience managing project or production schedules and coordinating work across multiple teams Experience in manufacturing, operations, or project-based environments, with exposure to new product integration (NPI),  budget ing and cost managemen t, capacity planning, strategic planning, or risk management Experience supporting project budgets, cost estimates, cost tracking, or Basis of Estimates (BOEs) Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Ability to travel up to 25% domestically Ability to provide occasional off-hours or weekend support when required U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance   Desired Skills 
 Nice-to-have skills that strengthen candidacy but are not required: Active Top Secret security clearance Experience introducing new products into a manufacturing environment Experience leading or supporting CAPEX projects Experience with production scaling and capacity planning Experience supporting operational or manufacturing strategy initiatives Experience identifying, assessing, and mitigating project or operational risks Experience using an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Demonstrated knowledge of Lean manufacturing techniques and principles, as well as work measurement and labor standards Experience developing and executing customer level briefings and presentations Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $95900.00 - $178100.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
