Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to: Provide s upport in   initial   CAPEX scoping and support in CAPEX commissioning.   Provide s upport in   c ontinuous   i mprovement   p rojects that require R&D   p rocess   t echnical   support .     Create a pipeline of   p rocess   e ngineering enabled   v alue   c reation opportunities aligned to   c ompany and   c luster strategies.   Establish strong working relationship   and   technical exchange with K raft Heinz   i nternational   p rocess   e ngineering   g roup s   and   e xternal   p artners to   leverage   and locally deploy advantaged   p rocess   e ngineering solutions.   Demonstrate   p roject   m anagement best practice to deliver projects with executional excellence, inclu ding   defining clear project and business   objectives , undertaking robust technical feasibilities, timeline development and adherence,   p roject   n ow   /   s tage   and   g ate and R&D   w ays of   w orking compliance.     Initiate and lead   p rocess   e ngineering enabled   v alue   c reation, R&D   d riven   Environmental , Social and Governance (ESG)   and   t echnology   p rojects.   Provide   p rocess   e ngineering guidance to cross-functional   s takeholders and   v alue   c reation R&D team.   Support the   selection , optimisation, validation and commissioning of new and existing   p rocesses and   p rocessing equipment.

1-3   years   e xperience   in a n R&D   role in the   f ood industry.    Process improvement and process development experience within   the f ood   m anufacturing / food product development   i ndustry.   Familiarity with and ability to work within   a   manufacturing and   p ilot   p lant environment   Understanding of key   f ood manufacturing process steps , including i ngredient   p reparation,   b lending,   t hermal   p rocessing   and   p ackaging.   Proficient using Excel,   Word,   PowerPoint   and   Project Management tools.   Ability to pull data and   analyse and   assess trends in relation to process and food.   Experience across   production systems including Agile, BPCS and SAP   Understanding of the FSANZ Food Standards code and food labelling requirements.    Understanding of interactions between ingredients, additives, recipes,   processes   and packaging types.   Understanding and   high level   of competence in all elements of the product development cycle including consumer insight interpretation, ideation to concept development, technical feasibility, factory   implementation   and product launch.   Strong attention to detail   Demonstrable   problem solving   skills   Ready to make an Impact?
