Factory Logistics Shift Coordinator

We're proud of the culture we've built—one rooted in inclusion, engagement, trust, and a genuine commitment to our people. We are looking for a Factory Logistics Shift Coordinator to join our Factory Logistics team and lead warehouse logistics operations during assigned shifts.

• Coordinate inbound, storage, inventory, and outbound logistics for raw materials, NTM, and finished goods.

• Ensure uninterrupted material flow to production and timely shipments.

• Lead warehouse teams and logistics service providers during shifts.

• Monitor KPIs, identify improvements, and drive corrective actions.

• Ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with SAP/WMS processes.

• Maintain PMI standards in safety, quality, security, and compliance.

• Act as the primary PMI representative on shift, managing priorities, risks, and stakeholder communication.

• Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

• 3+ years' experience in Warehouse Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing.

• Strong leadership, team coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with SAP and Warehouse Management Systems.

• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

• Good command of English is a plus.

• Ability to work in a shift-based environment.
