As a leader in kidney care, we have a unique opportunity to redefine how care is delivered to over 250,000 patients and create new growth opportunities in the process.    The Innovation team reports to the Chief Strategy Officer and works to deliver longer-term transformative solutions that meet the vision of our Village.  We work on high value projects in partnership with the field, technology, product, research teams and bring in external expertise when appropriate. Members of the innovation team gain significant exposure to senior leadership and can have a significant impact on the organization, while accelerating their career development.  The Manager of Innovation role is a leadership position within the team.  The Manager will own innovation projects and lead and collaborate with researchers, field teammates, analysts, and business partners to develop problem statements, hypotheses, and project plans.
