We are seeking an experienced EPM / FP&A Consultant with hands-on expertise in Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) and Anaplan to design, build, and support enterprise planning solutions. The ideal candidate will partner with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to implement, enhance, and maintain planning, budgeting, and forecasting applications that drive better decision-making across the organization.

Design, configure, and implement planning solutions using Oracle EPBCS (including Financials, Workforce, Capital, and Project modules as applicable) and Anaplan models. Gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical design specifications for planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Build and maintain calculation logic, business rules, forms, dashboards, and reports within EPBCS and Anaplan. Manage data integrations between EPBCS/Anaplan and source systems (ERP, GL, HR systems) using tools such as Data Management/FDMEE, EPM Automate, or Anaplan Connect. Support metadata management, security setup, and application administration for both platforms. Partner with FP&A and business teams to streamline budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, performance bottlenecks, and data integrity concerns. Conduct user training, prepare documentation, and provide ongoing end-user support. Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, testing (UAT), and change management activities. Stay current with Oracle EPM Cloud and Anaplan platform updates, best practices, and new features.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. 3–7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPBCS (Hyperion Planning / EPM Cloud) — model design, business rules, forms, and reporting. 2–5+ years of hands-on experience building and maintaining Anaplan models, including modules, lists, actions, and dashboards.
