Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to design, test and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications which needs to be deployed at a client end and ensure its meet 100% quality assurance parameters ͏

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified Workday Experts to lead and deliver comprehensive Workday solutions. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 full implementation cycles and be capable of leading techno-functional conversations with business stakeholders during the solutioning process or implementations to ensure requirements are fully understood and captured.   We are looking for 5-10 years relevant workday experience in any of the following workday functional modules - HCM, Recruitment, Compensation, Talent & Performance, Learning, Time tracking, Reporting, Security. Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of Workday solutions, including HCM, Recruitment, Compensation, Talent & Performance, Learning, Business Process Configuration, Reporting, Security and Release activity. Configure and maintain Workday modules
