MÜŞTERİ İLİŞKİLERİ VE SATIŞ MÜDÜRÜ GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI Alliance Healthcare Türkiye Sakarya Şubesinde görevlendirilmek üzere; Üniversitelerin ilgili lisans bölümlerinden mezun(İşletme, İktisat, Pazarlama, vb.),  En az 7 yıl satış ve müşteri yönetimi gerçekleştirmiş, Eczane kanalında deneyimli, Ekip yönetimi tecrübesine sahip, Tercihen iyi derecede İngilizce bilen, MS Office uygulamalarına hakim, Erkek adaylar için askerlikle ilişiği bulunmayan, B sınıfı sürücü ehliyeti olan ve aktif araç kullanabilen, Seyahat engeli bulunmayan, Sakarya’da ikamet eden ya da edebilecek olan, "Müşteri İlişkileri ve Satış Müdürü" pozisyonunda arayışımız bulunmaktadır.   İŞ TANIMI Sorumlu olduğu şubenin konumunu iyileştirici faaliyetleri planlamak ve uygulanmasını sağlayarak takibini yapmak, Şubenin Pazar payı, ilaç ve ilaç dışı ciro hedefleri, firma kotaları, eczanelerin ciro ve anlaşma kotaları, ziyaret ve arama sıklığının takibinden sorumlu olmak, Merkezi olarak yürütülen tüm satış aktiviteleri ve projelerinin sahada uygulanmasını sağlamak, Sorumlu olduğu şubedeki tüm eczanelerle olan ticari ve sosyal ilişkilerin yönetimini sağlamak, Sorumlu olduğu tüm müşteri grubuna şirketini, çalışma koşulları ve ilkelerini en iyi şekilde anlatmak, Eczanelerin tüm şikayet ve önerilerini dikkate alarak sorunu zamanında çözmek, konuyu gereken yerlere rapor etmek. . Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, sales, commerce, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.

5+ years of experience in inside sales, sales support, account management, business development, or a related field required. 2+ years of experience in a management capacity required.

Certification in Certified Inside Sales Professional (CISP), Certified Strategic Account Manager (CSAM), Certified Professional Sales Leader (CPSL), 340B program fundamentals, or equivalent preferred.

Ability to build and maintain cooperative working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Ability to provide people leadership through coaching, feedback, and performance management. Ability to apply consultative selling skills in phone/video/digital engagements. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, including facilitation and presentations. Ability to analyze sales, pipeline, and customer data to identify issues and recommend actions. Ability to apply mathematical skills to pricing, quoting, and profitability scenarios. Ability to organize work, prioritize competing demands, and maintain attention to detail. Ability to use CRM and enterprise systems to maintain accurate data, reporting, and documentation.
