Full Stack Software Engineer

Company: Qualcomm Semiconductor Limited Job Area: Engineering Group, Engineering Group > Hardware Engineering General Summary: Location: Taiwan (Zhubei) Role Overview We are looking for a Full‑Stack Developer to support the development of scalable analytics and engineering applications within the semiconductor domain. This role will contribute to building data‑driven platforms for product engineering, device analysis, and operational insights. Strong communication skills and familiarity with modern AI tools for engineering productivity are essential.

Develop and maintain full‑stack application components for engineering analytics, dashboards, and workflow systems. Implement backend services, data interfaces, and web APIs supporting large‑scale semiconductor data processing. Build modern, responsive user interfaces for engineering visualization and interactive analysis. Support the design and optimization of SQL and NoSQL data structures used in product engineering workflows. Work closely with senior developers, product engineers, and data engineers on feature design and implementation. Apply AI/LLM tools for code generation, documentation, rapid prototyping, and engineering information synthesis. Communicate clearly across teams to ensure alignment on requirements, priorities, and system design considerations. (Plus) Participate in building agentic AI modules for workflow automation or data reasoning tasks.

1–3 years of experience in full‑stack software development. Fresh graduate is welcome. Proficiency in backend languages (Node.js, Python, Java, etc.) and understanding of REST/GraphQL APIs. Experience with front‑end frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular. Working knowledge of big‑data application basics and distributed system principles. Experience with SQL and at least one NoSQL technology. Familiarity with cloud deployment and Git‑based development workflows. Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non‑technical groups. Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve software development speed or quality.

Exposure to LLM‑based systems or agentic AI frameworks. Experience with semiconductor datasets (yield, test, product, logging). Understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Good analytical and debugging skills. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field.
