Business Process Architect

Project Role : Business Process Architect Project Role Description : Design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs. Must have skills : SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Good to have skills : SAP MM Materials Management, SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves designing comprehensive business processes that align with organizational goals and performance standards. The position also includes participating in quality management activities to verify that business and design specifications are fulfilled. Additionally, the role involves educating and guiding stakeholders to foster a thorough understanding of the process designs, ensuring smooth implementation and continuous improvement across the organization. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), SAP MM Materials Management, SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP MM Materials Management, SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. - Strong capability in analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into effective process solutions. - Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and integration. - Ability to develop and maintain detailed documentation related to business processes and performance metrics. - Skilled in facilitating workshops and training sessions to communicate process designs and changes effectively.
