Job Description
Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Civil Engineer to lead and oversee multiple large-scale preferred aviation terminal building projects across Pan India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, project management, and construction, with a proven ability to deliver complex infrastructure projects while meeting quality, budget, and timeline objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to develop detailed project designs and plans. Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards. Supervise and monitor all civil engineering activities at project sites, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and quality benchmarks. Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely execution of construction activities. Implement robust quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed industry standards. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and rectify potential issues. Assist in preparing project budgets and cost estimates. Monitor construction costs and ensure that projects are completed within the approved budget. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes. Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards. Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project progress and challenges. Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily progress reports, material logs, and quality control records.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. A Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is preferred. 8- 15 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on large-scale infrastructure projects. At least 5 years of experience in aviation terminal building projects or similar complex infrastructure projects. Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certifications are desirable.

Proficiency in using engineering and project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, Primavera, MS Project).
