Job Summary

We are looking for a relentless, fast-moving experienced Technical Program Manager to take the reins on high-stakes, platform-level initiatives that safeguard the world. Your Impact

Drive end-to-end execution for multi-team technical initiatives within the security platform domain, translating broader architectural strategy into clear, executable program plans. Identify, map, and track cross-team dependencies. Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to ensure actionable backlogs, clear execution priorities, and aligned sprint goals Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of complex programs spanning multiple engineering teams by maintaining clear project roadmaps, tracking milestones, and keeping teams accountable Proactively identify delivery risks, facilitate trade-off discussions, and resolve cross-team execution friction before it impacts timelines or release quality Own the reporting cadence for your programs. Author clear, concise status updates, metrics, and dashboards tailored for engineering teams, functional leaders, and key program stakeholders Qualifications Your Experience At least 5 Years of Experience as a technical program manager Demonstrated success managing multi-team technical programs and establishing operational clarity across distinct engineering units Solid experience designing and running delivery frameworks using Agile/iterative methodologies across software engineering teams Proficiency in leveraging AI-assisted tools and workflows to enhance daily productivity, automate reporting, and streamline program management tasks Self-motivated and proactive, with a track record of driving clarity in fast-paced, dynamic environments Ability to engage in technical, architectural, and design discussions with engineering teams to evaluate risks and delivery feasibility. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; adept at building strong relationships and aligning stakeholders without direct authority. Strong familiarity with industry-standard program tracking, reporting, and roadmap management tools.
