The Role

The OutSystems Low Code No Code Developer is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications using the OutSystems platform (Reactive Web, Mobile, and Traditional Web), ensuring adherence to banking standards for security, performance, scalability, and governance. The developer works closely with business analysts, solution architects, QA teams, DevOps engineers, and operations teams to build scalable digital applications aligned with enterprise architecture and regulatory compliance requirements. Design, develop, and enhance applications using OutSystems platform following enterprise development standards and reusable architecture patterns. Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, modular, and maintainable low-code solutions using Service Studio and Integration Studio. Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, messaging services, and microservices-based architectures. Ensure applications meet banking-grade non-functional requirements including performance, security, availability, and compliance. Leverage OutSystems LifeTime for application lifecycle management (ALM), deployment, and environment governance. Implement best practices for error handling, logging, monitoring, and performance tuning. Collaborate with QA teams to support automated testing, defect resolution, and production readiness. Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and architecture discussions to ensure adherence to enterprise standards. Support production deployments, troubleshoot issues, and ensure stability of applications in BAU environments. Continuously optimize solutions for scalability, reusability, and faster delivery cycles. Using design documentation and functional programming specifications, you will be responsible for implementing identified components. You will ensure that implemented components are appropriately documented, unit-tested, and ready for integration into the final product. You will have the opportunity to architect the solution, test the code, and deploy and build a CI/CD pipeline for it.As a valued member of our team, you will provide work estimates for assigned development work, and guide features, functional objectives, or technologies being built for interested parties.
