You have built teams that can walk into a customer meeting, diagnose a Signal Integrity issue in real time, and leave with a plan that actually works . You do not manage from a distance. You are technical enough to challenge your team's approach, commercial enough to understand what moves revenue, and strategic enough to see where the market is heading before your competitors do. Leading across geographies does not intimidate you. You have managed teams in multiple countries, navigated time zones, built processes that scale without becoming bureaucratic, and hired people who do not need to be in the same building to trust each other. At Synopsys, you will lead the non-Americas application engineering organization supporting SI, PI, and Thermal solutions. The customers are demanding, the problems are real, and the team you build will determine whether those customers choose us or someone else.

Lead and scale the non-Americas application engineering team supporting Signal Integrity, Power Integrity, and Thermal solutions across APAC, EMEA, and other regions outside North America Set technical direction and strategy for how your AE organization engages customers on complex semiconductor design challenges, from early evaluation through production deployment Drive customer discovery, opportunity qualification, and technical sales campaigns that result in design wins and revenue growth Build and manage a team of senior application engineers and AE managers who can operate independently with customers and deliver results without constant oversight Partner with sales, product, and R&D teams to align customer needs with product roadmaps and ensure your team has what they need to win Own customer escalations and technical roadblocks that require senior leadership engagement, working directly with customers when the stakes are high Travel regularly across your region to build relationships with key customers, assess team performance in the field, and represent Synopsys at executive-level technical discussions The Impact You Will Have Scale Synopsys' presence in high-growth semiconductor markets by building an AE organization that can support increasing customer demand and competitive pressure Drive adoption of 3D IC, advanced packaging, and multi-physics solutions in accounts where technical credibility and deep customer relationships determine whether we win or lose Increase design win rates and customer satisfaction by ensuring your team delivers not just answers, but solutions that solve real problems faster than competitors can Develop the next generation of technical leaders within Synopsys by mentoring senior AEs and managers who will shape the organization for years to come Influence product strategy by bringing customer insights and market trends back to R&D and product teams in a way that actually changes what gets built Expand
