Job Description The Senior Systems Integration & Systems Engineer is responsible for leading systems engineering and integration activities across the project lifecycle. The role ensures that complex systems are designed, integrated, verified, and delivered in accordance with customer, operational, and regulatory requirements. Working across multidisciplinary teams, the engineer provides technical leadership in requirements management, system integration, interface management, verification and validation, and engineering assurance. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to coordinate technical activities across multiple engineering disciplines and suppliers. What you’ll do Apply and tailor Systems Engineering lifecycle processes to project scope, complexity, risk and delivery model. Produce high-quality Systems Engineering plans, reports, specifications and technical documentation. Lead defined work packages to agreed scope, schedule and budget. Mentor Systems Engineers and graduates; help build our Systems Engineering capability. Support client engagement and proposals, contributing to methods, scopes and estimates.
