We are looking to add software engineers to our development team for a wide array of products including Surveillance and Warning systems. Participate in collaborative, integrated product teams, employ agile software development techniques and resources to develop, test, and integrate complex software and systems solutions for aerospace and defense applications Assist and participate in the requirements, design, development and testing of real-time software, application software, and tools, to include development of new work products or enhancement of existing applications and systems Work collaboratively to analyze, implement and test system Qualifications You Must Have: Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related (STEM) degree Minimum of 5 years professional software programming experience in development, integration, or test using C++, Java or similar object-oriented software language Qualifications We Prefer: Strong problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills Proven self-motivated problem solver who can look at a situation, identify gaps or issues, and take initiative to resolve them (technically, with process, and with documentation) Desire and ability to learn new technologies and tools Experience developing software using Agile
