We have fixed start and end dates that are designed to work with various universities’ academic calendars. Learn more about our Intern and Co-op Program here . About the Internship: Several of Intuit’s strategy and business operations teams are hiring MBA interns for Summer 2027 through this posting. Wherever you land, the shape of the work is the same: a defined, high-visibility strategic problem, rigorous analysis, and a recommendation delivered to senior leaders who will act on it. You’ll be a trusted member of a small team, gain exposure to senior leadership, receive mentorship from experienced leaders, and build a toolkit that accelerates your career. Our summer internships serve as a key pipeline for full-time opportunities following MBA graduation. Interns are matched to one of the following teams based on background and interest: Corporate Strategy & Development (CS&D): Shape Intuit’s company-wide and business unit growth strategy — new offerings, partnerships, and international growth. Consumer Group Business Operations: Drive strategy-to-execution clarity, accountability, and operational efficiency across the Consumer Group as it pursues Taxes Done for Everyone. Mid-Market Group — Strategy & Transformation: Accelerate Mid-Market growth strategy and operating model, spanning organic and inorganic opportunities. SMB & Business Platform — Business Operations: Rotate across BizOps pods embedded withQuickBooks product VPs, turning ambiguous business problems into decisions leadership acts on. Pricing & Monetization: Own a scoped, high-visibility analysis shaping how the QuickBooks Online platform is priced and packaged, including new AI monetization models.
Responsibilities
Partner with project teams, leaders, and cross-functional business partners on structured problem solving to address high-priority strategic questions. Conduct rigorous research and analysis — customer and expert interviews, market and competitive assessments, and both quantitative and qualitative analysis. Build the analytical foundation for your recommendations: financial models, business cases, scenario analyses, market sizing, and pricing or willingness-to-pay analysis, depending on team. Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans — roadmap trade-offs, operating plans, and KPIs with clear performance measurement. Synthesize complex, ambiguous inputs into a clear point of view — not just a summary of options. Create and deliver compelling, executive-ready narratives and presentations, presenting findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders (up to VP level) by the end of the summer. Participate in team operating rhythms (staff meetings, business reviews) to see how decisions actuallyget made and tracked.
